Your Role :

Your Role :
• Participate in product requirement and design reviews, analyze testing needs, and design test cases.
• Independently set up test platforms and conduct white-box, black-box, regulatory, and software release testing.
• Summarize and analyze test results, and write test reports and related documents.
• Track and report issues, driving the resolution of problems discovered during testing.
• Improve testing specifications, test cases, and departmental tasks.
• Coordinate with certification bodies for regulatory certification and pre-test prototypes.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience :
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Automation, or related fields.
• Experience in developing or testing power products (inverters, UPS, switch-mode power supplies), familiar with relevant R&D testing processes.
• Proficient in using AC source, DC source, power analyzer, oscilloscope, and other common power testing equipment.
• Familiar with product development testing processes and grid regulations, with some proficiency in professional English.
• Strong sense of responsibility, good communication, coordination skills, and team spirit.
• Strong problem analysis and solving skills, proactive in completing tasks assigned by the supervisor.
• Experience in the photovoltaic and energy storage industry is preferred.

• Build and maintain a new material packaging library.
• Complete PCB layout considering mechanical size, heat dissipation, PCB stacking, and EMC.
• Perform PCB routing ensuring safety standards, manufacturability, and signal integrity.
• Provide DXF and STP files for structural compatibility checks.
• Output manufacturing files like GERBER, DC Drill Files, and coordinate files.
• Handle supplier PCB EQ inquiries.
• Support PCBA processing technically.
Preferred Qualifications/Experience :
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with more than 2 years of PCB layout experience.
• Proficient in Altium Designer software, familiar with PCBA manufacturing processes.
• Experience in designing inverters, frequency converters, UPS power supplies is preferred.
