Terms And Conditions Of Service (T&C)
Products to T&C applies: photovoltaic inverters, energy storage inverter products and accessories, data collectors, monitoring software and so on.
Warranty certificate: In principle, the whole inverter takes the serial number (S/N) of the product as the confirmation certificate of the warranty period, and the starting time of the product warranty period is calculated on the date of shipment from the factory, plus half a year's turnaround period.
Customers should keep the standard invoice issued by the State Administration of Taxation of the purchase of the product or a copy thereof, and may be asked to present the above vouchers as the basis for warranty when repairing the product;

We provide after-sales service phone number and e-mail, to provide immediate answer service for the problems of products in the process of use.
Product Warranty Period & Mode Commitment:We customize the warranty period & mode according to the type and specification of the products.
Installation and commissioning: we do not provide on-site installation services generally; if there is an agreement between our company the customer on the project, we can provide an on-site installation supervision and start-up commissioning services (start-up testing and commissioning services).
